Own path

I have always been interested in what it means to be a human being and what is our place in the Universe. My interest and burning enthusiasm have led me towards an understanding of how meaningful the unification of science and spirituality is; which has led me towards spiritual – scientific thinking and practicing spirituality through experience. In the unification of science and Spirit, the unifying but unfortunately mostly still a missing link, is consciousness.

On my own path I have encountered spiritual teachers that I greatly appreciate and respect who would never fasten another person to themselves or prevent them from progressing on their own path, and teachings from where I still draw knowledge and wisdom into my whole life. This has definitely been the most precious and important resource in my own inner growth as well as in my work as a therapist. At the same time I have, of course, processed my own challenges even in psychotherapy and through different body therapies, and this work is on – going. I have also during the years met many teachers and teachings, medical, psychological and spiritual that I have left behind. I am, nevertheless, grateful for what even these encounters and experiences have given me, for example valuable lessons in discernment and intuition.
